I forgot my email address
If you have forgotten the email address that you've created your account with, contact our Customer Service team by putting in a support ticket.
I'm seeing an error message
If you are seeing an error message that you don't recognize, take a screenshot of the issue and let our support team know about the issue.
I think my password was stolen
If you think your password has been stolen, and you are unable to change it, contact customer support as soon as possible.
I didn't receive a password reset email
After you request to reset your account password, you should receive a password reset email that is sent to the email address we have on file for your account. If you haven't received the reset email:
- Check your Spam or Junk email, OR
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly. Try sending the reset email again and verify that your email address is correct.
If you are still unable to login to your account, contact customer support.
I'm getting the error message "User Not Found"
It's possible that you entered in the wrong email address. Try entering in your email address again. If you are still unable to login to your account, contact customer support.
I think I entered my email address incorrectly during signup
If you entered the incorrect email address when you signed up, you still need to activate your account. Contact customer support and we can help you recover your account.
