Refund Policy 

  • Subscription fees may be refunded in full within the first 14 calendar days following account creation.  This may be extended according to local law. 

  • After the first 14 calendar days, future scheduled payments may be terminated, but no refund will be issued for previous months charged. 

  • We do not offer refunds on paid services or set-up fees. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

  • If you would like to cancel your  subscription, contact customer support  a minimum of three (3)  business days before your scheduled payment.
