Refund Policy
Subscription fees may be refunded in full within the first 14 calendar days following account creation. This may be extended according to local law.
After the first 14 calendar days, future scheduled payments may be terminated, but no refund will be issued for previous months charged.
We do not offer refunds on paid services or set-up fees. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, contact customer support a minimum of three (3) business days before your scheduled payment.
